About the role

As a management consultant within Design for Needs, you will play a leading role in our most complex and business‑critical engagements. You are responsible for structuring problems, formulating strategic choices, and driving implementation in organisations where strategy and operational reality must align.

You work from classic management consulting tools such as analysis, hypothesis‑driven problem solving, and change management - while integrating a customer‑driven and market‑oriented perspective. This means connecting business goals with real needs, behaviours, and market dynamics, and ensuring that strategic decisions are grounded in relevant insights.

In addition to leading projects, you are responsible for deepening client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and contributing to strengthening Influence’s position within your area of expertise.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 6–8 years of experience working as a management consultant at an established consulting firm

• Has led complex projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and high demands on business precision

• Has experience in customer‑driven business development, service innovation, or CX at a strategic level

• Is confident in dialogue with senior decision‑makers and accustomed to advising on business‑critical issues

• Has strong project and program management capabilities, and experience leading both consultants and client teams

• Has experience initiating and driving business development, both within existing engagements and in new client dialogues

• Has skills and experience in facilitating strategic workshops and co‑creation processes

• Wants to help build a consulting firm toward ambitious goals for 2030
